Arc of Authority is a documentary-style interview series that examines leadership across ascending levels of responsibility, revealing how decision-making, accountability, and influence transform as authority expands.
Arc of Authority is a structured inquiry into leadership and how authority develops, evolves, and operates across different levels of responsibility.
What began as a localized effort gradually expanded into an interview series designed to move progressively through spheres of influence. Beginning with community-based leadership, the project advances toward higher levels of institutional and public authority with each conversation. Each interview serves as a chapter in a broader study of responsibility, decision-making, credibility, and influence.
Every report provides a new perspective guided by three core research questions, and the work is organized to reflect the ascending levels of authority.
